Art has always been a passion of ours. We have traveled the world and have gone to many art exhibits. The people and places we have visited have been extraordinary.
We have always loved antiques because of their beauty and value. They highlight fashions and styles from earlier periods. These ancient pieces can always add a beautiful spark to any living interior. Roughly six months ago, when we were visiting my home town, we were surprised to see a new antique shop called the The Find.
On a Sunday afternoon, we walked in and was pleasantly surprised to see the conditions the shop was in. The items were beautiful but th
e interior needed an upgrade. Could we really help this designer and her shop? Of course we could!!! We knew she would love our prices .
ValuTex and the The Find eventually collaborated on many items. We reupholstered all of her chairs, couches, and pillows. When we were done, the interior of her shop looked like a museum belonging to the ancient greeks. It was gorgeous. She eventually began using our fabric to create women’s purses. A few months later she was featured in Modern Luxury magazine. It has been a real pleasure working with The Find and watching her sales soar.
